We make our own.
Two bags — one each. Ina and I sew and build all of it. Mine wasn't waterproof; I cut the panel too short and patched it back, never fixed it. Still the best bag I own, because it's mine.
Why a patch
A patch is how you make it yours.
Every bag at the trailhead is the same grey bag. Yours doesn't have to be. Earned, not bought — a memory made visible. Not everyone sews their own bag; this is the smallest version of the same idea. You don't buy one. You ride it, then you wear it.
The invitation
The first five patches don't exist yet.
You decide which do.
Your email is your vote. Pick the five patches you want made — or just join, and vote any time. One letter a month. No discounts, no noise.
