Heart over watts

We had the results.
We never had the ride.

The turn

Cappuccino with a heart in the foam, beside a bike wheel
This is the ride now.

We make our own.

Two bags — one each. Ina and I sew and build all of it. Mine wasn't waterproof; I cut the panel too short and patched it back, never fixed it. Still the best bag I own, because it's mine.

My bike, my colours, my design. Not waterproof. Still the best bag I own.

Why a patch

A patch is how you make it yours.

Every bag at the trailhead is the same grey bag. Yours doesn't have to be. Earned, not bought — a memory made visible. Not everyone sews their own bag; this is the smallest version of the same idea. You don't buy one. You ride it, then you wear it.
